Foxtel Play is now available on compatible 2013 LG Smart TVs.

Foxtel Play allows customers with a broadband connection to watch programs live or on catch-up with no lock-in contract and no installation costs.

The Internet service is also available on Samsung Smart TVs, Xbox 360 and PC and Mac computers.

See here for the full list of compatible devices.

Foxtel Play offers customers access to content as soon as they sign up. Subscriptions are available by the month and pay-as-you- go, starting at $25 per month.

With no lock-in contract, you can stop and start a subscription month-to-month. Customers can be up and watching Foxtel within minutes of signing up.

Foxtel Play’s package structure allows a choice of four basic genre-based packages at $25 per month for one, $35 per month for two, $45 per month for three and $50 per month for four.

Sport and Movies & Premium Drama can be added for a further $25 per month each.

This means a sports or movies enthusiast can now get Foxtel’s offering in one of those two genres plus a range of additional channels of their choosing from one basic genre-based package for $50 per month, which works out to be less than $12 per week.

Foxtel Play packages features over 45 live channels including Fox Sports 1, 2 and 3, Foxtel Movie channels, Showcase, FOX8, Arena, Lifestyle, History, Discovery, A&E, National Geographic, UKTV, FX, SoHo, MTV, Universal Channel, ESPN, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon and Disney Channel and hundreds of catch up video on-demand titles.
