Jack is back and Network Ten is rushing the first episode of the highly anticipated new American series24: Live Another Day to Australia via www.tenplay.com.au.
The movie-length episode is going to air now in the United States. At 6pm (AEST) today it will be available on www.tenplay.com.au as a special preview – for 24 hours only.
24: Live Another Day, which stars Keifer Sutherland in his iconic role as Jack Bauer, will debut on TEN on Monday, May 12, at 8.45pm.
Four years ago, Jack was a fugitive from justice. Now an exile, he is living in London and still willing to risk his life and freedom to stop a global disaster.
The new event series also co-stars Kim Raver, William Devane, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Benjamin Bratt and Tate Donovan, plus Stephen Fry in a recurring role as the British Prime Minister.
Launched in 2001, the original 24 was nominated for 73 Emmy Awards. Over eight seasons, Sutherland garnered seven Emmy Award nominations and one win for Outstanding Lead Actor – Drama Series. The series also earned 12 Golden Globe Award nominations, winning for Best Television Series – Drama in 2004 and Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Drama (Sutherland) in 2002.
