FFA Cup Football premieres tonight Live on Fox Sports @Foxtel @FoxSportsAUS

Fox Sports will kick off its LIVE and EXCLUSIVE coverage of football’s newest competition when Broadmeadow Magic and Brisbane Strikers open the inaugural Westfield FFA Cup tonight night.

Coverage of the Round-of-32 clash will get underway at 7pm EST with Fox Sports’ Michael Zappone and Mark Rudan detailing all the upcoming action.

Then at 7.30pm EST, Simon Hill and Gary Phillips take over the reins when the whistle blows to launch the anticipated knock-out tournament.

On the landmark opening night of competition, Fox Sports will feature all four matches LIVE with a team of experts located around Australia to keep fans across the action as teams look to continue to the Round-of-16.

Mike Cockerill will be the man on the ground for the Sydney derby when Manly United takes on Sydney Olympic while Adam Peacock will be in Melbourne to deliver LIVE updates from the South Springvale v South Cardiff clash. The final match pits Olympic FC against Melbourne Knights with Nick Meredith providing updates from Goodwin Park in Brisbane.

Fox Sports will broadcast a minimum of 10 LIVE matches throughout the inaugural competition including Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and the Westfield FFA Cup Final on Tuesday 16 December, 2014.
