Despite a dismal ratings decline, The Verdict returns this Thursday for its third episode.

Ringmaster Karl Stefanovic, will be joined by a panel featuring guests Tim Costello and Bob Katter to discuss topics including: The rise and rise of Malcolm Turnbull; Australia's addiction to poker machines; is it time for another gun buy-back? And will the Verdict survive for its promised five episodes….

TVTonight is reporting that the episode will also feature a guest appearance from Walter Mikac, the father of Alannah & Madeline Mikac, who were killed in the 1996 Port Arthur massacre.
