Fans of the Big Bash in Adelaide were left frustrated and angry last night when a technical error caused the penultimate over of the Adelaide Strikers vs Hobart Hurricanes game to be replaced with an infomercial.
The thriller finish was interrupted with vision from the TVSN channel and an infomercial for a massage chair.
The technical fault lasted for several minutes, and was just fixed in time for Adelaide viewers to watch the final two balls of the match.
The game was one best of the season with the Strikers Jake Lehmann smashing the last ball for a six to give the home team an important victory.
The incident mirrors a similar technical fault last season which caused many Queensland viewers to miss the final over of a key game.
A spokesperson for the Ten Network was unavailable for comment at the time of publication
