Fans will get a bird’s eye view of new Melbourne City recruit, Tim Cahill, in his first Hyundai A-League appearance with a Fox Sports camera following the football star’s every on-field move.

Cahill will play his first match for his new club this Saturday night when City take on cross-town rivals, Melbourne Victory, Live and Exclusive on Fox Sports 505 at 7.30pm EDT.

From the moment Cahill enters the field, viewers will be able to press the red button on their Foxtel remote, or via the Fox Sports App, to receive additional, fixed, footage of the league’s biggest marquee player.

After most recently used for Jarryd Hayne’s return to the NRL, the fan-favourite red button camera returns to provide another layer to Fox Sports’ comprehensive coverage.

Fox Sports Head of Live Sport and News, Steve Crawley, said:

“Tim is the biggest football name in Australia and his return home to play in the Hyundai A-League is a massive boost for the league and a big win for football fans.”
“I think all sports lovers will be interested in watching how Tim goes in his first outing this Saturday night and Fox Sports will ensure viewers get the best seat in the house with ‘Cahill Cam’ following his every move.”

Fox Sports is the home of the Hyundai A-League with every game LIVE, ad break free during play and in HD continuing tonight when Adelaide United and Western Sydney Wanderers kick off Round 2.
