Samantha Bee, host of the acclaimed SBS 2 late-night series Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, is hitting the White House for a thought-provoking interview with President Barack Obama as he wraps up his second and last term as President, which will air tonight at 8.00pm on SBS 2.

The episode will be available shortly on SBS On Demand.

While Obama says goodbye to eight years in the White House, he’s been backing Democratic presidential candidate and his Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton as she battles it out before the big day. Samantha will bro down and pull out all the hard-hitting topics, ranging from the 44th President’s legacy; legalising same-sex marriage in all 50 states, health care reform, and being the Internet’s biggest meme inspiration – to the challenges that he thinks the new Commander in Chief will face when they take office in January.

This special episode follows the queen of political commentary as she’s been tearing apart the circus that is the 2016 US Presidential Debate, from Trump’s clueless spiels about women to Clinton’s most poignant moments; and her recent interviews with other fellow ‘nasty women’ – the world’s female Heads of State.

From Norwegian President Erna Solberg, Chilean President Michelle Bachelet, Marshallese President Hilda Heine, Croatian President Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic, and former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, Samantha’s been acquiring political advice from the wisest and strongest women in power, including how to perfect the ‘resting not-a-witch look’.

Samantha Bee brings her signature sassy, smart and satirical point of view in this special episode as she bids farewell to America’s leader, while cutting through the bull with her on point political commentary.

Catch all the drama, political updates and wave goodbye to probably the coolest President ever at 8.00pm tonight on SBS 2.
