Synopses:

ONCE UPON A TIME
Season 4 of Once Upon A Time introduces Frozen’s Anna and Elsa (portrayed by Australia’s Georgina Haig). Elsa, the Ice Queen from Arendelle, finds herself in Storybrooke and, fearful of the intentions of its residents, creates a powerful snow monster for protection. Meanwhile, in Arendelle of the past, as Anna's wedding to Kristoff nears, she discovers that her parents - who died on-ship during a violent storm - were heading to a mysterious destination in a quest that may have held the secret to containing Elsa's out of control ice powers. And against Elsa's wishes, Anna wants to finish their journey to find out what they were looking for.

THE MUPPETS
Go behind-the-scenes with Kermit the Frog and the rest of the Muppets as they produce the late night talk show “Up Late With Miss Piggy”. In the 1hr series return, Fozzie takes things a little too far when Kermit offers him advice and Nick Offerman steps in to help the gang, Christina Applegate guests on “Up Late”, Liam Hemsworth tries to help Gonzo out with his online dating situation and the gang has an epic night out when they run into Ed Helms at Rowlf’s Tavern.

THE MINDY PROJECT
Actress, comedian and best-selling author Mindy Kaling returns as Dr Mindy Lahiri in the irresistible romantic comedy, The Mindy Project. In the 1hr series return, it’s all pain and no gain for Mindy as she attempts to get into shape before a weekend away with her new boyfriend. Then, the doctors head to LA where Mindy runs into her ex.

THE AMAZING RACE
