Sydney’s famous short film festival Tropfest has found a new broadcast home for it’s 25th anniversary.
The organisers of the festival have signed a new one-year deal for domestic coverage on Ten, and an international deal that will see the festival streamed live around the world on Red Bull TV.
Ten’s coverage of the event will air on the ELEVEN channel, Saturday, 11 February 2017.
Tropfest will once again captivate audiences across Australia as they are exposed to the creative and talented storytellers who possess the aptitude and creativity to bring their narrative and characters to life on the big screen.
Inspiring and nurturing many filmmakers over the past 25 years, Tropfest will enthral and entertain viewers, broadcasting 16 finalists and announcing a winner on the night selected by a revered jury headed by Australian actress, Rose Byrne.
